Historical introduction
The original office of our institute was built it in 1953, the construction area is only 52 level ground, the room is old and narrow, already can't bear using, in April, 1991 thanks to Mr. Chen Tian-Cai who donate his private own land with 966 sq. meter of area as our present location,.
Because of locating in the field, it is inconvenient to go in and out, former county magistrate Liao Quan-Yu, allot county government NT$ 2000000 funds, and have former township governor Changqing to ask the city to subsidize fund to cooperate, open up and build new roads and obtain peripheral facility.
The office block of our institute is under subsidizing from National Health Administration of executive yuan, start construction in June 14, 1993, with one ground floor, and three top floors, building area of 1551 sq. meter, in red tile white wall, inside with air conditioning, completed on October 27, 1994.
